Our company would not just randomly send a letter back saying you were not within the time requested....either one or all of the dates you requested were not 40 days out from postmark, or your certificate had an expiration date that would not have allowed you to travel on those dates...either way, it was valid and not fabricated. It is amazing, that you would believe that because there are perhaps 5,6,7 even maybe 10 individuals that are unhappy, that this would be indicative of us being a greasy company...whatever that is...we have distributed over 250,000 certificates in less than 3 years, and have traveled thousands of consumers who took a qualified action to receive their Getaway. We have hundreds if not thousands of satisfied customers that validate daily what we do, and unfortunately, for the few that don't want to follow the simple terms and conditions, we are then this terrible company... We have many word of mouth referrals, from consumers who enjoyed their experience and decided to bring it to their company, to company's who have appreciated what we do and refer us to others...this site, however, is not a site designed to express those views, only those who have felt that they had something done wrong to them....whether or not it happened.
