I LOCATED THEM THROUGH THE INTERNET I HAD JUST OPENED A SAVINGS ACCOUNT IN CITY BANK I TOLD THE FINANCIAL ADVISOR TO SUBMIT A FORM FOR A MASTER CARD.
The next day they called me and tolme i was approved i sent them 200 hundred dollars.they told me to logg on and pick the credit card i wanted i tried callingthem
