Yes the energy saving business is a good business to be in. It sounds like you are happy with the products and service that you are receivng. This was not my experience. Unfortunately, I chose to partner up with Enigin for my business. At the time I signed up, Enigin offered a mix of bespoke technology that they presented as their own. Then offered no technical and minimal support. When I complained and asked for a refund of my deposit, they were no longer available to discuss the matter.
I continued with their business model onlyas long as I could only to be plauged with poor order fulfilement and extremely long delivery times. How is that for service? Not what I had expected to an investment of over 30,000 Pounds Sterling. Within a couple of months, they sold my territory to another distributor. I am now stuck with a bunch of dated, overpriced product that has no street value. Enigin has long since switched off access to my ECOS account and has offered no medium to recoup a complete loss.
On a positive note, I have replaced many of Enigin's products using equal technologies available on the open market. Most of these with direct access to the actual manufacturer and I have been able to recieve proper technical support. Enigin offered no additional value. Delivery =poor, knowledge of products = poor, response time = poor.

Outstanding Products
To whom it may concern. Let me tell you that for me creating my own business is a first. I know it is a big challenge, but with the right business proposition (energy savings), the right products and the support from Enigin, it seems like the goal is closer than any of the other business ideas I considered before.
I found the training and available material very enlightening in terms of the knowledge required for an energy saving business. It has complemented my business skills with technical knowledge, selling knowledge and most important with the right attitude required to succeed in any business.
I recognise that not everything has been perfect and that there have been potholes in the road, but we have been able to fix the problems we have encountered and have maintained the required level of communication required for this type of situations. I would like to thank all the Enigin team for the support that I have received for the last six months.
Even though my first sale took longer than I planed, I feel comfortable in the sense that this business and my choosing of Enigin as a partner in this journey, will end up in a success story for me and my family.
Please keep the good work in supporting your distributors and the investment in the technology and development Enigin´s outstanding products, as it is crucial for the success of distributors like me.
