My name is Angela D. Hayes. I am writing to request that I get a credit from Entergy and they stop harrassing me as well as intimidate me to disconnect my bill to using predatorial tastics and overchage me  and give me false billing statements for the month of November 2017. As a result of all this they are trying to disconnect my electricity and not even send a notice prior to disconnecting my electricity.    

Also they owe me money for filing a claim on my computer for their transformers failing and causing damage to my computer battery.  I am always having trouble wiht my computer having problems wth my computer battery.  Entergy is charging me $156 plus $223. Also, I have faulty wiring in my apartment that causes all the fuses to blow.  Something is wrong with my electric outlets and the light fixtures. 

I feel they are dong this because they are the only elctric company n MS and they should be penalized for that type of behavior. Seal should be penalized for not audiiting peoples homes to test to see what is wrong with their utiliites, but they never do anything becasue they always tell people  they have to do their audits every 5 years.  That is not true.  I think they should do their job like they are supposed to do every six months.  Then the public  commission claims that they know that I owe my bill.

The problem with that is they my bank stole $335. of my money and I can not pay all of my bills. Also, after that my bank took 115 of the money to pay my electric bill.  My bill was due in Oct 2017, but I got a confirmation number to confirm that I did  pay my bill. Then Entergy waited too long to get the money that is what my bank told me. Then Entergy told me that they took the money the same day I tried to pay my bill on Octo 2017.  The problem with that is that the money never reached Entergy and my bank never gave Entergy the money that I used to pay them $115 for October 2017 and the confirmaton number that I received that said i paid my bill  did not mean anything. 

Then human Resources Agency is not trying to assist me to pay my electirc bill when I need to get it paid, before I suit the electric company. I need to take action and try to defend what is mine and fight for what i beleve. Which is to not allow a predatory electirc company to  try and give me 3 outrageous bills  to make me homeless and cause a lot of chaos in my home.
