I have rented from Enterprise many times and have never been scammed.
The OP stated the car was left unattended in a parking garage. Unattended cars can get damaged.

Come on Coast, you've been here long enough to know this is a typical Criminal Enterprise scam to bleed more money from a consumer.I mean, over 200 reports here and no telling how many others on the net. They need to be put out of business.

"there was nothing that could have caused any damages because the car was parked at the hotel"
Something or someone could have scratched the car while it was parked.
