enviecream.com They charged me $196.00 for cream I canceled an they said I didn’t canceled. Took money out of my Discover without my permission. I gave permission to take $4.95 for trial size but then charged me 98.00 before I got trial sample and I called and canceled they said I didn’t call in time. They ripped me off I sent back what they sent me in November for it was canceled. Just canceled today Nov. 14 2017. Theysaid they would credit my account for $47.00 only. No they are to credit 196.00. Please help me. Thank you. This company has to be stopped. Each time I called 3 times would hang up on me
Please help me get back my 196.00 that they took from my Discover Card. I gave Person for $4.95 and got the trial size and before I received it already took out 98.00 in Sept. I called and told them to credit back to my account for I want to cancel.The lady told me ok just keep trial size. Then when I got my Bill in Nov. I was charged196.00 for something I didn’t receive. If II receive any thing I am returning. They kept hanging up on me. Please help me!!!!! Returning what they sent to me to address below: They need to stop taking money out of account. I got a message today saying it was cancel and would credit $47.00 only to my Discover. Not right. They took $196.00. I have read other comments on here and are doing the same thing to them. Please. No One Don’t order from this company. Don’t t give anyone your card # Thank you for listening and hoping you can get them to return money that doesn’t belong to them.
