Do not use this company. I found them through The Home Improvement Guide that came in the mail. They stated that they used Dry Shampoo. Their ad states "Dries witin 1-2 hours instead of 1-3 days!" It also stated that they used "Powerful Truck-Mounted Equipment". They had a special for $19.95 per room with a minimum of 2 rooms or any 5 rooms for $89.95. I have used the Dry Shampoo in the past and really liked that it dried so quickly. I was trying to be cheap and didn't use my usual company since I thought for $19.95 per room I could save some money. I have two rooms and a hallway that I wanted cleaned the rooms are fairly large so I thought even if they charge me the $89.95 I would still be saving money as the company I use charges me $200. When they got to my house I was surprised because they pulled up in a small mini van. No name on the van and definitely not a "powerful truck-mounted equipment". When they came in they had the regular equipment with water. I asked him about the Dry Shampoo and he said that the advertisement is for a "basic cleaning" and that is with water and it is not a deep cleaning. If I wanted the deep cleaning it was going to cost me $340.00. I told him it doesn't state anything in the advertisement about "basic cleaning". I showed him the ad. He said ok, I'll give you the deep cleaning for $150. I needed my carpets cleaned for a function that I'm having at my house so I agreed to the $150. So much for the Dry Shampoo! It has been 10 hours since they left and I have had 5 fans trying to dry this carpet and it is still wet! I thought by using someone that is listed in a Home Improvement magazine that advertises it uses only qualified professionals that I was getting a company that was honest and reliable. Lesson learned for me on trying to save money. I will definitely be going back to my usual carpet cleaners. Just beware before using this company.
