We do apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused over the last several months. Eonsmoke as a brand and as a company has grown exponentially over the last six months and as you can imagine we have been incredibly busy with general growth activities of the business.
This in turn has led some of our valued customers to receive less customer service priority than they were used to and we do sincerely apologize for this. We would like to reassure everyone that we are back on track, hired six new customer service reps and have been training them intensively to handle and repair any issues related to faulty cartridges or broken batteries.
