The ordered 32 DVDs of The Avengers arrived on time, but the cases were broken, because of poor packaging. The DVD labels were photos taken from an old calendar ("custom artwork"), with the first disc label stuck on eccentrically, so that it fouled the side of the player. Some discs would not play, while some had pixellated or broken-up images ("excellent video and audio quality"). The shipment came from an unknown, indecipherable place in China. The discs are hand-numbered and appear to be pirated copies. This business may also be related to Click DVD media, according to some reports. Film has a network name, copyright 2005. It also displays a well-known studio logo.
