Aprox 2 years ago, after thorough investigation of many products available, I purchased a complete kit from them to coat my 250 sf garage.  Keep in mind that this is not an easy undertaking, as the preparation requires everything being removed from the garage for a few days.  The product assertion that attracted me to this product over the competitors was they claimed it to contain a special technology that will bond to concrete substrate with out the need for additional primers.  Additionally, their product claim was it was the thickest in the industry containing all solids and not liquids that would evaporate away during drying.  I followed their instructions for prep to the letter of their instructions.  Taped down 8 mil plastic in aprox 8 places for 7 days to test for moisture in the concrete.  There was no indication of any moisture.  I also used a concrete cleaning chemical first and then their acid etch material they provided. I even applied the acid etch a second time to thoroughly prepare the floor.

The floor installation that followed went as expected.  It wasn't until several months later, some moisture was building up in a few spots causing the coating to blister and eventually chip off.  I have made numerous calls to the company, send instant messages, tried to communicate through their chat service, emailed, make posts on their facebook page, etc and after many hours of attempted communication i finally get through to someone who talks to me for less than a minute and then puts me on hold which ultimately cuts me off.  Their facebook page posts state that they will be reviewed before posting.....they never get posted.  No answer to many emails.... nothing.   Now they have a new website and they are advocating a primer, in fact, their warranty states the following :.

Does not warrant or guarantee against peeling due to hydrostatic pressure, contaminated floors without correct primer  So my complaint, aside from the lack of customer service, is why would I be directed to use their system without them advocating the use of a primer.  I followed their recommendations to the letter.  Spent countless hours of time and material to prep the floor correctly only to find out a year later I should have used a primer.  They advocate that their product has a primer built in!!!!  I now had a beautiful floor with several spots that need corrected and THERE IS NO COMMUNICATING WITH THIS COMPANY!  At the very least, I was looking for a small touch up kit to solve the problems, but now, I believe the entire floor is going to need to be removed, a primer placed and floor coating it all over again.  If their customer service was up to par, they wouldn't be perceived as a rip off!
