I can't believe this new "Board" bunch of liars, they gave away horses for free without contract, refused to receive hay but yet asked for MONEY instead!!

They have a gofundme for $10,000 claiming they have HORSES to take care of, using picture of mares and babies that are NO LONGER there ,the  fact is they only have 1 left YES just one and it's in trainning, already paid for, they ask the public all this money for 1 horse and  for LEGAL FEES ???? really ??? were they sued ? NO.

Go and see for yourself on Gofundme.

Scott The President is a jerk, and pervert, he has no knowledge about horses, and could care less about them, His wife Jennifer OMG What a Bi*ch ! She thinks she's above everyone and so rude! I only met her once and honestly i wish I will NEVER see them again.

They claimed they are going to disolve but yet they didn't and keep asking for money.

Instead of running this non profit the way it should be done they spend their time bashing the previous President, on social media, and when I did some digging, I can tell you that the previous President was well loved, took care of these horses and worked really hard to rescue them, I don't know why she resigned but I am sure she had good reasons.

I found out that they are only 3 on the "Board"  the majority of the board are HUSBAND AND WIFE !!  NOT OKAY with State Law...

The IRS grants tax-exempt status to nonprofit organizations to help them act in the public interest, not the interests of a particular board member or family involved in the organization. IRS regulations for granting 501(c)(3) status through Form 1023 require the board of directors of any nonprofit to be composed primarily of people who are not related to each other. If spouses both serve on the same board of directors, the board must include at least three other members who aren't part of the same family. This way, if the spouses team up to vote for a project the other members don't feel is in the spirit of the nonprofit's mission, the other three can outvote them if needed.

This New "Board" is a joke and fraud !! Don't give them any money. I hope people will see the truth behind these idiots.

YOUR facts are wrong, the new board after only 3 weeks noticed things did not add up, she was asked about certain things and instead of working with the board and provide answers, she ran.

The rescue cannot be shut down till all items are officially returned to the current board, which she failed to do till this day. The rescue is open and dealing with the legality of MS Linglet and her embezzlement of the Equinox funds for personal use, the truth will be brought in court. What the public is unaware is, when she resigned she stole the funds in pay pal, the 2 bank accounts and facebook plus sold donated tack .

Ms. Linglett has no right to anything that belongs to Equinox including the stolen horse Kenji, she thinks that since she was the founder she was the owner, IT IS A 501C3... not a personal business.

As far as calling the Rehn and Briana names and liars, ... they just found the truth like many of the other past  board members  who was afraid of Sandrine's and her bullying them, the Rehns we're not afraid and could not stand or walk away knowing what she has done,  and  has for so long taking peoples money for her own pleasures .  If Sandrine would have listened to her previous board and current, she would have a great rescue, unfortunately, she decided to be a stubborn uneducated person of the 501C3.

The truth has come out and the board is taking action to get funds back to the donors that she has stolen from.

As far as calling me a name, PERFECT ! that means I hit a nerve, I am stronger and more educated than you. If anyone would like to see documents ( bank statements, Pay Pal, minutes or court records ) feel free to contact me, you know where to find me apparently.

Threats, names, and harassment will not knock me down, just get my name right. Please feel free to join us in court, it is open to the public.

Being a donor of Equinox Horse Rescue, I believed in the rescue in which Sandrine Linglet had intended. Attended many fund-raisers, bought hay from feed stores for the horses. Seemed to be a great non-profit in the beginning.

Upon asking to see financials about May of 2018, I was denied. Having worked with several other non-profit organizations I knew I had the right to veiw them. I stated to Sandrine to at least post them on her website, but it never happened. It began to surface about June of 2018 that things were not adding up with this rescue. More horses were getting brought in verses being adopted out. A rescue should never get in over their heads out of the kindness of their hearts. When they do, it is clear that they take away from the existing horses. This was most definitely the case here.

Sandrine reached out to several people about becoming Board Members and was turned down by many. Many who were her Board members, including her current Attorney Robin Montes, ended up leaving due to conflicts with Sandrine. Kind of sad when your Board turn over is higher than your horse adoptions. Then she reached out to Jennifer Rehn and her husband Scott. She was desperate. They stated they would help, but needed to get her financials and D&O insurance in place to protect the Board Members. Sandrine had neither of these items in line and presentable to the new Board members. These are very important items to have in place. Also by law 3 Board Members should be signed onto the bank account. There was only Sandrine listed on the bank account.

The new Board members did nothing wrong except for the fact of agreeing to HELP Sandrine out of the hole she had dug herself into! Sandrine knew nothing about running a 501c3 and made rules up as she went along. Her video will incriminate herself when the Judge sees it, because she is confessing to closing out the Bank Account days AFTER she served the Board with her resignation letter. If she had the proper signators on the bank account that is regulated by state law, then she would not have been able to close out the bank account. There are also Pay Pal withdrawls documented after her resignation letter as well. The District Attorney Economics Crime Division has opened its own investigation into this matter for fraud and embezzlement charges.

So instead of your finger pointing at the existing Board Members, remember there are facts that support the guilty party under the name of SANDRINE JUDITH LINGLET!!!!
