Equity Solutions - Equity Wheel Of Fortune 21st Century Sweepstakes Bonanza Draw Notification Regina Saskatchewan
I received two cashier checks in the mail. One was for $4,300.54 and the other was for $71,149.46. I was hopeful that this was a blessing but I checked it out anyway.
The letter that accompanied the checks said that I was a winner of Equity Wheel of Fortune sweepstakes bonanza and that all the participants are from the Yellow Pages database.
It was their policy to forward all winning to Secured Bond Bureau (SBB) and my bank would not cash the cashier's checks with out this bond being issued and a certificate present at the time I was cashing it. The cashier's check for $4,300.54 was to cover the cost of the bond being issued.
Then I was instructed to call Elizabeth Millard at Secure Bond Bureau (306)351-5830 for further instructions, clarification and most importantly deactivating the financial block on my winnings.
The cashier's checks were drawn on Provident Bank, 400 Rella Boulevard, Montelbello, NY 10901. I looked up the bank on the internet and found the corporate office phone number for the bank (845) 369-8040, which was for the address listed on the cashier's check. The lady at the bank said they only issue money gram cashier's checks and that the cashier's checks I received were not real.
These cashier's check look very real. They do look like cashier's checks I have purchased before.
After I called Provident Bank I called the numbers on the checks, it had been disconnected. I also called the direct telephone number that was on my letter or congratulations, it also had been disconnected.
It would have been nice to have that money to buy the house I have been looking at. However, I am not going to be able to buy it with these checks. They are not worth the paper they are printed on.
