Ericdress COAT WITH MISSING BUTTONS Nationwide
Purchase a coat from EricDress and arrived with (3) missing Buttons. When approached them they wanted me to purchase another coat and they would wave the shipping fee. When I refused as now I would have a coat that could not be worn and be out of that money and it would cost me more they agreed to refund me $5.00 which means nothing to me as I can't find the same buttons here to replace them and it would cost me more to buy all the buttons and have them sewn.
They are refusing to send me the (3) missing buttons as they put it, "it would cost them $10.00 to send me the buttons.
So now I am out of money and have a coat with missing buttons.
