Erie Construction Mid-West Inc I had a metal roof installed that has a lifetime warranty on it and now it's leaking Toledo, Ohio
I had issues with Erie when they started. First 2 different sets of materials were dropped off in October. I heard from no one til I started calling them in November. When I did finally get in touch with someone they didn't even realize they were to put on a roof. They thought they were just doing the insulation in my attic. Once that issue was straightened around, they came back and removed the shingles. The next day it was supposed to rain, but they said that it would be fine since they had the plastic sheeting Erie uses up. Water poured in my kitchen and dining area. The local contractor stated they would come out and fix the issue, but never showed up. So I had someone else fix my issues and submitted the bills to my insurance company. Now after 2 years my roof that is guaranteed not to leak is leaking. I will never do business with them again! In this area they are offering gas cards and free stuff to get people to sign up. Don't do it!!!!

Erie Construction Company Corporate Manager Larry Kilby came out with a crew and fixed the issue. I wish to thank them for fixing it and also for providing a check to get my ceiling fixed. I did finally get some good customer service out of Erie. Barb

I had Erie come out and do some of the work they promised, however, the soffits didn't get done because the guys said there was a fire wall that prevented the work being done that day. I gave the employee my phone number and he said he'd call. Well, Sat and Sunday came and went. I called Erie on Monday only to be told they told me the crew had tried to reach me and couldn't. I know this to be untrue since I had given them my phone number. The gentleman I am dealing with is Larry Kilby and I don't believe he is any better of a straight shooter than Jeff Dial the local contact!
