hi my name is kerry i bought my cavalier brand new in 2000! well i was hearing this strange noise evertime i turned my car to the left or the right! well so;;;; i took it to eriksen chevy in milan, they gave me a call telling me that my stearing box need to be greased, and that it was not a warented item! what the hell is this?? it was not that old of a car! so anyway i went to pick up my car cause they told me it would cost me $145.00 to have my stearing box greased!
well anywho i took it to one of my buddies that has been a mechnic for severial years! he told me you dont have nothing like that! you have a bad rack & pinion stgearing! and they new that but they were not going to tell ya that cause they new it would be a big loss for them! by the way i bought it at eriksen in milan illinois, as thus thats where i took it to be looked at! i paid $15.600 for this car!!!!!! now its off warentee and the problem is getting worse! i mean i just bought my 3rd set of tires for it now! i think partly cause they didnt put a new rack in my car! also i might add i had problems with my trunk release in my car they fixed it though! or i should say rigged it tell my warentee was over and now it hasnt worked for a year or so! also the radio in my car was replaced cause the black paint kept comming off the face of the radio....
well they put a new radio in it and im right back where i started a half black half white radio! i mean this is b.s. i work hard for my money i think you people and eriksen should have took care of me a lot better then ya did! i also traded my truck in for my car! i told them i wanted my c.b. antennas and my c.b. and my fog light off the truck when i trade it in!.......well.....i never got them either! what kinda outfit is this? oh i no its all about making money!!!! but not willing to help when the car has a problem! i think you people owe me a lot! SEE IF I EVERE BUY A CHEVY AGAIN! what poor service! YOU PEOPLE OW ME!!!!
