Escort Radar, Cedar Electronics, Escort Radar Ships Defective DOA 9500ix Radar Detector and Refuses to Provide Refund Internet
I purchased a 9500ix radar detector directly from the Escort Rader website. The detector was defective and dead on arrival. Thus far, their customer service department has ignored my repeated inquiries and the company has failed to provide a refund.
