I was contacted by eShop USA in Florida in August, 2018 to be contracted as a Shipping Agent. The recruitment was done via email, and I had a contact phone number as well. I was to received packages at my home address, and then forward them to a specific person or company with labels provided. I was to receive a monthly salary for my work.
The articles I received were of a varied nature: tools, electronic devices and other consumer goods. Some of the forwarding addresses were for Amazon and other legitimate stores. I was not highly suspect until I was contacted by a Postal Inspector, who stated I might be involved in illegal activity and asked me to cooperate in obtaining information about the firm.

After one month packages stopped arriving at my house; no compensation was ever paid.
There seem to be multiple companies in this type of scam, beware of giving them any confidential information as bank accounts, etc. if contacted.
