Espinoza Law Firm We hired this man to protect the family's ancestral land from being sold and he has put it up for sale to pay Probate fees. The eldest son of the deceased, he is 61 and has a heart condition is now missing somewhere in the Santa Lucia mountains that surround the land because he was evicted without any thought as to the fact that he lives off the land, has no real income, no registered vehicle and a failing heart made all the worse by this travesty called Probate court.
