Since writing our original report, nothing new has happened. We did recieve a letter from Patrick Albright of Espresso Italia, but it was in response to the one we sent to the National Business Opportunity Bureau in Norcross Georgia. Michael has also contacted us and we agree with him. They need to stop lying and deceiving people. I have been in touch with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). I have filed a report with the FTC and they are going to look into it. We as a group need to do the same thing. Go to their web site and file a complaint. The web site is (www.ftc.gov), go to the consumer complaint section and fill out the report. I feel enraged that Espresso Italia feels it is our problem, they said retrain yourself. Training has nothing to do with them ripping us off. Patrick Albright of Espresso Italia also stated they placed machines in the locations we couldn't. I still have the contact information and I contacted 6 of the 19 locations, they have not placed a machine in those six that I contacted. Patrick all out lied and I can prove it. I guess we will have to wait and see what the FTC does or finds. But I strongly suggest at least filing a complaint and also contact the National Business Opportunity Bureau in Norcross Georgia.
