Esurance STEPHANIE ROWLAND Esurance was MY insurance company & they went out of their way to find ME AT FAULT! Encinitas Internet
My fiancee was involved in an accident with another car. I don't know what the other lady said happened, but obviously she lied because the accident was found to be 100% my fiancee's fault which goes on MY RECORD because the insurance was in my name. Esurance was my company. There was no police report of the accident. STEPHANIE ROWLAND of Esurance listened to both stories and decided against me. Isn't your insurance company supposed to fight FOR you? I paid this company month after month to PROTECT ME. I could tell she had her mind made up the first time she talked to me. One of the first things out of her mouth was "Look, we are going to pay for this lady's car, I just need your side of the story for the record"
Long story short: I canceled my policy and went elsewhere. And you know what? Even with this ding on my record I AM STILL PAYING A HUNDRED DOLLARS LESS PER MONTH THAN I PAID AT ESURANCE!!! I added renters insurance on my new policy and I am STILL PAYING LESS THAN I DID WITH ESURANCE!!!
Watch out for Esurance. They do not stand behind their CUSTOMERS WHO PAY THEM in their time of need!
