This is my 2nd one since receiving a threat from their company to sue me for legal action, if I wrote the Ripoff Report again so here I am to tell you guys besides the fact their products sucks, they have blocked multiple people from commenting they have erased multiple comments, erase bad reviews multiple ones , their customer service is very rude, they have made threats, caught in their own lies, has made people pay shipping and handling or labels to return ruined packages from them. Tell them it will take 2 months to refund them. Some people never got their product other people's products were crushed Etc, very many unsatisfied customers and they are very unprofessional very rude, they don't answer your emails they don't return your phone calls you have to go out of your way to fix their problem and they just keep blocking and erasing any reviews or comments that they do not like and then block you from further comments or reviews. any comments that people's make regarding join this group to learn more about the product in general or buy powdered versus capsules because it saves you money those are the things that got people blocked and comments and reviews erased . it's just a big mess this company is such a scam praying on people who has never tried Kratom and I believe they should be up front and honest with what's going on right now and allow people to learn more about it before trying to sell their crappy product 2 people who are unaware of Kratom or desperate for help.
This is by far the most unprofessional rude and dishonest company I have ever come across and then to threaten me with legal action because I wrote them in the Ripoff Report obviously if they would stop being so sneaky and blocking and erasing everything they wouldn't have anything to worry about if they were a real legit company
