EuroAmerican Rare Coins & Gallery Bill Wolfe, Owner/CEO 3907 N. Fe - Other for $100,000.00 on 09/16/20110 users find this report useful. I have purchase several one of a kind gold coins from this company over a 10 year span. I recently ask him to sell coins for me.Because that was the agreement when I was selling he would broker for me. I was told to send coins to he and he would sell then wire me monies.
November he stated he had sold some was wiring funds to my account 40,000.00 never received. After he received coins could not contact him.I emailed him, called him also talk to the manger of gallery Tami Dana. She told me that Bill would contact me personal I would have to call him on his cell so I did no answer left several messages different time of the day.Finally call Tami Dana again on 11/07/2011 received answering machine.
To this day there 11/19/2011 only an answer machine, Called cell on 11/10/2011 Bill answered phone stated he would wire me the money I ask how much again he said part 40,000.00 and he would call back in hour to update. Did not call. Called again 11/11/2011 no answer. I have tried to contact Bill and his manger everyday twice a day still no answer. My gold coins were worth more than 100,000.00 of rare un-circulated Gold coins.
Went to Broward County Sheriff's and report was taken but was not accurate,(50,000.00) was listed as loss. After 2 months Mr. Wolfe sent me a bunch of junk Fed-ex. Non of these Items were Gold . Because he sent me something the DA stated that that even though 100000.00 need to prosecute civilly.I have pictures of Items I sent, emails, Items he sent back. Need Attorney's help , Moneys will have to be received from settlement . This is Grand Theft
