*I purchased a vehicle on June 26, 2017 from Everybody Rides in Baton Rouge. Me being a woman not knowing much about cars trusted this company thinking they sold good cars. The two tires in the front I had to replace because the belt broke inside the tires and started shaking horribly. The inspection sticker expired 2 months later. My car insurance was due on a Sunday but because I didn't pay it that Friday before the turned my car off while I was at the store and I had to get a Tow Truck to Tow it to my house. My car was disabled the whole weekend. Then I had to pay a 200.00 no insurance fee to have it turned back on later on that Monday causing me to not be able to go to work that day. Two months later August 2017 the air condition compressor went out costing 1,000.00 but I pay half because I'm under a 50/50 warranty where the price of the vehicle is split between them and me. My note every two weeks went from 204.00 to 240 something! I agreed to it because that was my only means of transportation. They fixed the car and about three days later the check engine light came on and went off. I thought nothing of it since it went off. A week after that the car started smoking so bad we had to pull over and jump out the car because a belt wasn't lined up properly . Now the Air condition is out again. Now I'm tired and frustrated. So Leah the account manager calls asking me about a payment and I explained to her I wasn't making a payment because the AC went out again. I told her to have the vehicle picked up because she stated the car was under a 50/50 warranty and I knew I wasn't going to be able to pay another payment once they have repaired the car for a second time tacking on another fee/fees to have the car repaired. She immediately disabled the car! Didn't try to offer me back the 2,000. I put down or another vehicle. Just ripped me off. The supervisor Heather never returned my call because she stated she is so busy. I have kicked out so much money within the 3 mos. Of having this car. It's very embarrassing and depressing. I promise you if you purchase a vehicle from here you will be so sorry. As far as I know the vehicle is still sitting in front my job disabled two days ago.*
