We had John Hancock call us back in January 2007, he hounded us for a few weeks claiming that they had so many leads that they were turning away customers. He was relentless with his sales tactic, we finally decided to give the company a try with a year guarantee that we would get 12 leads or our money back of $399.00. Over the next 6 months we received 2 leads that we had to refuse because they were not even in our scope of work,

I then started calling Judy(a waste of skin) and was becoming vocal in our unhappiness with this company, she assured us in writing that they guaranteed that we would receive a minimum of 12 qualified leads during the year or we would get our money back. I have it in writing from Judy that they were behind their promise of 12 leads in a year or our money back! We received 2 leads through the next 3 months that we accepted that were useless.

February came and I wrote Judy letting her know that we were not happy with this past year and that were expecting our refund. She calls me and lets me know that even though they didnt hold up their end of the bargain that we were not eligible to receive a refund based on the fact that I didnt get online and ok my profile on a quarterly basis, what? I received 4 leads through the year, 2 I rejected and 2 I accepted, I was online for each of those transactions. Judy claims that they werent sure that we were still in business, what? I wish I known about this website before we went into business with them, I would have done my homework, in finding out what a disgrace this company is and how they do business...now knowing that David Johnson was in prison for a previous scam doesnt sit well with me.

We wont get our money back, but hopefully this saves other people from doing business with them, their are good companies out there, so check and recheck before you hand them your money.

Judy.....still waiting for an email back! I wont hold my breath.

When word of this complaint reached the owner, David Johnson, he made it a point to contact the customer, Miss S, to address her concerns. Miss S had claimed that Mr. Hansak told her that there was "so much business coming her way" she didnt understand why she didnt have a ton of leads flowing to her. Mr. Johnson explained to her that because she had filled out her profile the way she did it cut out of lot the areas that a traditional lead company probably would have just sent to her knowing that those leads wouldnt amount to anything. She understands now and can see how specific we are. We restarted her service for another year so that she wouldnt feel as though she lost anything. We are looking forward to a successful relationship with Miss S.
