I'm tired of those who do not understand the word NO! After doing some research about everycontractor.com I decided not to do business with them. Most of it was right from this site ripoffreport.com. I was very polite and told them that I was not interested. After several minutes of them not comprehending my answer, I politely hung up the phone. I hope that they never call again.

Here is the scoop: They claim to "guarantee" work for your company. Not leads, but actual work. My question is this: How can a complete stranger guarantee that I will perform work and get along with every client. How can they be sure that my prices are reasonable and I would be "welcome" to everyone out there that they send me. What if the person the "refer" to me is someone I don't like or vice verse? Too many variables in business to "guarantee" that I will have clients as they claim. I have a hard enough time retaining and gaining new clients as it is and this is without the help of a complete stranger!

All I ask is that who ever is looking into this company, please do the research and make an intelligent decision for yourself. When a company keeps pushing you further and further to "join" them, it's a sign of desperation and I hope that this helps someone decide the right thing to do.

My name is Matt Paratore and I am the Director Of Customer Compliance here with Evercontractor. In response to this report I would like to briefly outline how, in fact, we are able to match our contractors up with potential clients that match the scope of work that they do. To bring you the most appropriate matches as quickly and consistently as possible, we take the time to understand your particular business. We ask you to fill out a simple three-step online profile that will serve as the basic fingerprint for your company. This profile helps us to understand exactly what your business does and the geographical areas that you serve. STEP 1 is Keyword Selection. We ask for keywords and phrases that your customers would use when searching online for your products or services. STEP 2 is Category Matching. We have you select matching categories that best describe the products or services you offer. We use these matching categories to assign the right types of projects to you. Your business will be featured on our website in 5 categories that you select. STEP 3 covers Your Service Area. We ask that you tell us what areas you serve. Areas are broken down by state, county, city and ZIP code. Once your company profile is complete, you will have a skilled marketing team working for your company to find you the right type of customer in your geographic location. Our goal is to bring you new customers who would otherwise not have found your business. When you become a Preferred Contractor we will feature your business in our network and on the EveryContractor.com website. As a Preferred Contractor, you will receive new service requests before anyone else in our network. A Project Coordination Team will be assigned directly to your account. The project coordinators will make calls to your potential customers and will verify all project information and pre-qualify the consumer assuring that the project matches the scope of the type of work the contractor does. Then, they will directly connect you via telephone to the customer. In our Preferred Contractor Program we guarantee not just leads but signed contracts. The only reason that the individual who posted this report was notified is because we must have had a demand for the type of work that he does in his area and were looking for a reliable contractor to have as our perferred contractor in that region. We certainly would not want ANY of our customers to mistake urgency for pressure but when we have job requesters coming to us looking for a contractor, we will find them a reliable company to complete their job. We've been in business for almost 11 years and have nearly 40,000 paying customers, I highly doubt that what this particular individual heard was 'desperation.'
