Caution!!! This company takes your money and gives you absolutely Nothing! I made a trip to Las Vegas to check this company out, and they were moving as I arrived! Pleas do yourself a huge favor and stay away from these people. They are liars and Extremely Fraudulent! I also spoke with the Las Vegas Better Business Bureau and they have issued an unacceptable rating to this company for bad business practices! Please don't believe me, contact them yourself! Take care and please pass this info on. This company is the epitomy of rotten!

As an employee of this company, I would like to take a few moments to address this particular customers concerns and offer or side of the story he has created. First and foremost, Terry paid a $75.00 fee for our company to run a surface background check on his company to be sure that we were going to be sending our job requesters to a licenced contractor. Terry's service began on 5/19/2008. the last time that he updated and approved his company's profile was on 6/4/2008. Although the customer has failed to keep his profile current, we assigned a job lead to his account on 8/28/2008 and contacted the customer by the contact methods that he included in his profile which were an automated phone call to his business phone, cell phone, email and fax, yet the job lead was never picked-up. This was a large commercial job of a retail store to be built. I would also like to add that the customers claim that he came to see us at our corporate offices and that we were "moving" is completely false. Depending on the date that he "came by" he may have witnessed, first hand, the growth that we are experiencing and the fact that we just took on an additional 13,000 square feet of office space in the same business complex due to our growing pains. We, in no way "moved" our location. Lastly, in response to the customers reference to our Better Business Bureau's rating, at the present time our rating is SATISFACTORY. I invite anyone reading this response to go to the BBB's website and review our record for yourselves. Please consider when taking into account the number of complaints, this is out of over 40,000 paying customers over the last 11 years and please notice the number of resolved issues.
