every contractor gave our company a sales pitch assuring we'd get at least 3 jobs per month. every contractor said their clients were so busy from business they'd generated from their ad that they requested to be removed for a while to get caught up. that we shoud do very well since there was a shortage of contractors on their web sit that do what we do.

we haven't received the first job from this 900.00 dollar investment.in three months. i sent an email to them asking why but no reply.

i called another client and he said he had'nt received any jobs either and implied everycontractor went so far as to send him bogas blueprints and leads.which all amounted to nothing.

i realize our agreement is for 1 year and supposedly if we have'nt made our money back they will refund it. but that remains to be seen

In response to the above complaint, we here at Everycontractor are dedicated to the success of each and every one of our 40,000 plus paying customers. There are times that we, with any large company, fail to produce the results that we offer. In that case we do offer a money back guarantee ASSUMING that our customers abide by the terms and conditions that they agree to in the initial contract. In this case, the customer failed to follow the terms of the service which invalidated her money back guarantee. Although she was out of compliance, we offered her a free year of service to offset the cost of the program. There are no "loopholes" as the customer claims, there are very basic terms and conditions that every one of our contractor must abide by for the money back guarantee to be valid. And in response to the reference to the BBB complaints, out of over 40,000 paying customers we do have 109 complaints in which 0 are unresolved. We DO NOT let these issues go unresolved and have a customer compliance department that addressed ANY issues the minute they come to our attention. We are, as always, committed to the satisfaction of each of our clients, but we are also bound by the terms and conditions of each purchase, as are the purchasers. We stand ready to assure satisfaction with every product that we offer.

THIS COMPANY WILL NOT HONOR ITS PROMISES OF A REFUND, CHECK BBB YOU WILL SEE HOW MANY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS THIS COMPANY HAS HAD. I HOPE ANY ONE THAT IS READING THIS IS NOT CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY. THEIR SALES PITCH IS A LIE AND THEY RELEASE THEIR ACCOUNTABLILITY OF IT WHEN THEY VERIFY YOUR COMMITTMENT. IT IS FULL OF LOOP HOLES FOR THEM TO GET OUT OF REFUNDING YOU YOUR MONEY. WE WERE OFFERED A FREE YEAR INSTEAD OF OUR REFUND. SORRY WE DONT HAVE FAITH IN THIS COMPANY TO PRODUCE A LEAD WE WOULD RATHER HAVE OUR MONEY BACK TO INVEST IN SOMETHING MORE RELIABLE, A BUBBLE GUM WRAPPER WOULD BE MORE PRODUCTIVE THAN THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN.

I WAS PROMISED SIMPLY A REFUND AFTER ONE YEAR IF I DID NOT RECEIVE ENOUGH JOBS TO PAY FOR THIS ACCT. OUR COMPANY RECEIVE NOT ONE JOB, NOW THIS COMPANY IS SAYING BECAUSE I DID NOT UPDATE MY ACCT BETWEEN SUCH AND SUCH A DATE THEY DO NOT HAVE TO REFUND MY MONEY. I SAY THIS IS A SET-UP AND A RIP OFF.

next month our year is up with every contractor. will they refund our money as promised since we have not received one job this entire year? despite the fact that they promised to beef-up our account nothing happened. the only thing they did was call us to get us to buy an upgrade for an additional 600 dollars. check for our report next month.

I recieved a call from David Johnson, he was courteous and sounded sincere about trying to improve the situation regarding our acct, i.e. the absence of leads, referrals, jobs etc. from our 6 mo. old acct. with his company,I am willing to give his promises to "ramp up " our acct. a chance but my boss however is less amiable.She says Every Contractor owes us a minimum of 6 jobs for months passed, even though they promised us 3/mo.We will not be pleased just to break even on our investment by the end of 12 mos.If this had been Every Contractors' sales pitch we would have invested our money elsewhere.
