I called everycontractor on july they told me they have tons of jobs and they have so many contractors so they are at risk of loosing contumers .I singed with them for 365 dollares they to guarantee me 12 leads or maney back Next day one representative called his mane john taylor called me and he pressed me to hard to sign for prefered costumer so that i hade to pay 3000 thousand dollares I will have return of instvestment of 49000 dollares I hesitated but singed with them on august 3 Since then i hade only 3 small jobs of a total 1700 dollares when i colled them they told me be patienet I paid to them 1500 $ and stop to pay to this scam artists I called them time after time but lies and more lies I find out that in michigan all perfered costumers were unhappy with them I called pd painting ,fidelis painting, vindow of genie all negative opinion for everycontractor I called bbb and I find out that everycontractor have been terminated membership with bbb on mars 14 2007 because of a great number of complains total 86 in just 36 months . Everycontractor does not give money back when they do not fullfill comitments Do not give money to them ,they are horrible

Let me begin by introducing myself, My name is Matt Paratore and I am the Director Of Customer Compliance with Everycontractor. It concerns us when we see that we have a customer that has any type of complaint with our company. Obviously any large company is going to have its share of complaints but I can say, confidently, that the majority of the customers that have concerns have failed to follow the terms and conditions of the program which are put in place and CRUCIAL in assuring the success of the service. We do offer a full MONEY BACK GUARANTEE assuming that our contractors abide by those terms and conditions. In this case I would like to point out that this particular customer was delivered 31 job leads to date, of those 31, 12 of them were not picked up within the time period that we require. The job requesters that come to our website to find a contractor or service professional have a project that they need done and want a response within 24 hours otherwise they may go elsewhere to find a contractor. Secondly the customer failed to give us feedback on 10 of the leads that we sent him. Feedback is crucial in allowing us to guage the work we are sending and make any adjustments that we need to with the customer to assure success in closing the jobs. Lastly the customer failed to keep his company profile active by approving it every 90 days. This profile is the fingerprint of the company and if not kept active we have no way of recognizing them as an active contractor in our system. All the terms and conditions of the purchase are covered numerous times with the customer before they are considered as one of our contractors and MUST agree to them and follow them to be eligible for the money back guarantee. The customer that filed this complaint also mentioned that we have 86 BBB coplaints in the past 36 months, the number is actually 109 complaints in that time period but what he failed to mention that of the 109 complaints ALL have been answered to and we currently have 0 unresolved complaints. Considering that we have over 40,000 paying customers that use our service, that is a pretty incredible success rate by any standard. We are, as always, committed to the satisfaction of each of our clients, but we are also bound by the terms and conditions of each purchase, as are the purchasers. The customer agreed to the terms of his purchase. Although this particular customer is out of compliance with the terms of his purchase, we stand ready to assist him realize the best results from his purchase at any time. representative.
