what car did you buy and when did you buy it??i started working for EI back in april 05, i havent had contact with joanna or adam since feb 06.Do some research to find out who were they partners,officers and employees.Like i said,you cant even post the basic info.this report has no bearing

I paid Evolution Imports for a car, after inumerable delays, I was informed by Joanne Simmons that they were unable to deliver me the car. I attempted several times to contact Adam or anyone at Evolution Imports to resolve this matter, and after dozens of uanswered e-mails and phone calls I pursued legal action to recover my money.
I have a judgement which Adam is fully aware of, as he retained council for the court case. I have to this day received no refund and no further explanation. Adam, Joanne, Frank, et al are purposely evading any contact in order to avoid the courts' decision.
I'll consider a settlement if contacted, if not then a criminal investigation will ensue. Who am I? That should be easy to figure out Frank. Ask Adam or Joanne who they scammed in Lancaster Texas. They have my name and phone number.
