Evony.com Wiped My Account I Payed Money For Internet
Below is the entire conversation that I had with the evony.com support team I'll let you be the judge, jury, and excutioner of their future.

I had two accounts when I was in Iraq one of which I spent a lot of money on. and not just a little but hundreds so imagine my surprise when I get on them and find that they have been wiped out to the beginning which in all fairness aggravates me. even in age one they are still wiped so I ask whats the deal with that????????

What you described seems beyond normal occasions in Evony. In this case, please check if this is a misunderstanding or give us obvious proof to clarify this.

It was several years ago from 09 to 10 when I played evony with my army buddies we even had alliance at one point named after our unit the XXXX and my squad sgt. was even a member and as you can imagine theres not a lot to do there so we played evony on our down time and often spent money for coins to build quickly so we could go up against anyone who challenged us since we didn't have that much time to be online. at that time I banked with northwestern bank but am now with chase bank and havent used northwestern since a year or two after deployment. and its not like you send a receipt in the mail confirming transaction. you should be able to see what users have spent money and how much but if not that's fine you can just remain thieves in my eyes and ill make sure no one from my unit ever spends a dime on your game ever again.

The last four to the checking accounts for Northwestern Bank were XXXX and XXXX if that helps

Accounts must be cleared on a regular basis to make room for new players to join servers. This keeps servers alive with competition and new challenges.

So your nothing but a bunch of thieves. And I'll insure that anyone I know will never spend a dime on your game. People have a life so at times they cant be on sometimes for years like my self, who gave you morons the permission to delete the account that they spent money on without refund? That's fine, I'm posting this conversation all over the internet to make sure NOBODY ever makes the mistake of spending money on your outdated game. Have a horrible day and enjoy the rest of your miserable life.
