We purchased a Frigidaire Electric while living in Texas. I renewed the service contract for 3 additional years in 5/2004 effective from 7/17/04-7/07/07.
We sold the house and the stove went with the house, but the contract was not transferable. I sent the contract to the address listed above as instructed for cancellation and return of premium from 9/2005-7/2007 on 9/17/05.
On 11/26, I sent another letter requesting information about the refund. On 1/16, I sent a 3rd letter. Never any response, nor refund.
On 2/6, I sent a 4th letter and also wrote the the BBB in Augusta GA Still no response of any kind from anybody. Not a lot of money, but it's MINE!
