Predatory cancellation policy practices, buyer beware.

This company will charge you a cancellation fee for any membership plan lasting less than 3 months. So if you do sign up for a $50.00/a month,  you will end up paying at least $50 + a $59.99 for a total of $109.99 for one month at a minimum. There is no where in their billing policy which states the actual fee. The only thing even hinting a fee is a couple paragrpahs in their billing policy area, listed below.

10. Recurring Payment
  • 10.1 Where Recurring payment is made by credit card the Customer shall provide full credit card data (cardholder name, card number, expiry date, security code) when placing the order and thereby declares his/her/its agreement to Certplex Ltd.'s taking payment for the order via the relevant credit card company, in particular in case of internet. Customer Hereby Agrees to the minimum Duration of Cancellation for Subscription. Customer also agree to complete the Cancellation of Subscription forma Manually and upload.
  • 10.2 Once a customer purchases the yearly subscription for Unlimited Access, it can only be changed to quarterly subscription, hence, a customer must pay the amount of quarterly subscription if he wants to reduce the tenure of his Yearly Unlimited Access, once purchased.

So if you are going to be using their service for the long haul, say 3 months or more, you will be getting better pricing. If you plan up on signing up for this serivce for less than 3 months be prepaired to pay extra! If Certplex Ltd just came out and told us that there would be an extra fee and what that fee was upfront, this company would be saving people a lot of trouble. They may even get some customers to go with a longer plan since the customer would be getting a lower monthly fee and Certiplex might even make a little more money.

Also I suggest using third party VCE software, because the software they sell also expires. Their VCE is not a product that you get to keep, it is a subscription based product  and can cost upwards of $20-30 a month to use.
