examcollection.com Exam Collection Hidden requirements not stated when signing up for service. Internet
I have been using the free service from exam collection for a year to practive and get into the mindset to study for my exams. However I noticed that they offered a premium test dumps which have more guarantee than the free versions. I thought, why not try it. I looked over the requirements several times and found that there was no mention of a minimun requirement to stay enrolled when signing up. I read through the enrollment documents and did not see it.
Come a month later and I see that it is still active and I go to cancel. It then states that I have a minimum required subscription of three months. If I wanted the three months I would have purchased the quarterly. They then required me to sign and check that I read the new requirements that were different from the intial billing ones to state the minimum time for the subscription. I have let all my coworkers know about their rip off and lack of stating these requirements.
This is a lack of respect for their customers and the law. They change their documents based on when you sign up so their hidden requirement is not discovered until you try to cancel.
Poor customer service.
