BEWARE of Divya Carlin Singh, alias: Dee Carlin. I gave her $1000 for a puppy from a liter, that was from a breeder we both knew. She claims that the puppys were sick. One had a heart issue and the other was dead. I contacted the original breeder and he said he sent her one very healthy puppy. She told me she would not refund my money and that she wanted me to buy a puppy from her instead. I refused. I was told by other buyers that she can't be trusted to provide the AKC papers. That one lady I know never received the papers from her and was paniced about it. I was told by 2 other breeders that she never paid for the puppies that she aquired by them. She continues to keep money and wants to give me credit as if she is a store. Hummmm wonder if she will charge me tax as well???? We have no contract and I plan on sueing her. (She stated to me that her home that was purchased from her husbands (Aaron Carlin) family for $151k was in forclosure and times were tough.) I will see her in court and I will update this story when there is more information to report. (She also posted an unbeleivable statement about me on this sight as well. I suggest that you make a police report in her county and yours. If it was through the internet then start with the FBI internet fraud division. You can take Dee Divya Singh to small claims for your financial loss. At this time with all the fraud she has committed she is now a criminal and needs to be behind bars, Please also make a report to your local shelter and the shelter in her area. Do you have her address? Please post how Dee Divya Singh defrauded you. I also suggest making a report to channel 7 on your side as well as programs like 20/20. You can contact me too. I would be willing to testify as to how she ripped me off and slaundered my name all over the internet. If you go on Face Book there are stories also about her there, by other breeders. After reading these reports I was quite apprehensive, I stated my concerns and I was givin a very long explanation from Dee. As to what claims are in the past I cannot comment, what I can say is in July 2015 I purchased a French Bulldog from this Breeder and my only complaint is he is much larger then we were told he would be. He is a smart dog with no health issues and a joy in our household. While he reached his max size of 16 pounds by month 5 he has been everything else Dee sold him as, she even drove him free of charge to Palm Springs where I was able to take him to his new home on the east coast.

I just wanted to give an update. Dee and I had some communication issues, but she did get me the papers for my dog and we got everything straightened out. She was very nice and has helped us out tremendously with our dog since then. Now that I know what happened, I will likely get another puppy from her in the future.
