Dear Sir/Madam,









I am very concerned about the service of Expedia USA.







Firstly please let me inform the whole event.

- I have booked four flight tickers from Expedia website on Sep.30th,2010,but I found made an error on the destination airport immediately

- I called Expedia at 1-877-787-1205 the same day and Expedia told me that they would not charge any fee for changes and cancellations within 24 hours.

-They cancelled these flights booking and promised to return these refund.

-Itinerary No: Cancellations no. Airfare(USD)134130798142 14387865 $151.90

$796.10

-During these days I checked my accountmany time but no refund received.

-Expedia's answer:they already finished the refund,when I can receive depends on my credit card company.

-I checked with my credit card company and the reply was no any refund of $796.10 received.

-Expedia's answer:it would take at least 1~2 billing cycles,butI could receive on Dec.4th.

-Still no refund on Dec.4th.I called Expedia on Dec.9th and informed that wait for another three to five days.

-On Dec.22nd,I called Expedia again.the Gentleman told me that NO ACTION EXECUTED on the flight and refund already process last Sep.29th.regarding why I still haven't received,to my surprise,he even asked me to contact these airline companies.here is the Case ID he emailed me:[REQ:S-17104040]








I am willing to trust Expedia already finished all these refund,to make things more clear,I requested Expedia to provide these documents to me:

1) Expedia cancellation confirmation

2) Expedia credit card refund receipt








However their reply was thatthey were unable to do so since theywere just following the refund guidelines.



They still advised meto allow 1 billing cycle for the completion of the credit however; the credit may fall off even at an earlier time, depending onmy credit card company.







Regarding to contact with airline company,I definitely believe itwasExpedia' responsibility to check the details with airline company not me because I booked the tickets from Expedia directly.







Although after that I contacted Expedia several times again, till now,I have not received my refund any solution from Expedia.
