Company promissed to send $50 gas card approximately 6 weeks after completion of my trip It's been almost 1 year and company has yet not sent it. Everytime I contact Expedia, they state the third party company is in back order and is trying to resolve the issue. Nothing been done about it and this is a scan. Here is a copy of the email they sent me:

We apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry regarding your $25 and $50 Gas Money MasterCard Prepaid Debit Cards. We have been able to confirm that your shipping links were completed. As you have stated that the card was never received and the promotion has long since completed, we will be escalating your case directly to the third party company who was assisting in this promotion as we no longer have cards to reissue.

We apologize for all the frustrations and delays this promotion has caused, and we hope to have this matter resolved for you as soon as possible.

This is a scam. It has been one year and they are always coming up with this same type of email stating they will look into it and blah, blah, blah... Nothing done!
