Used expedia.com to book hotel. During final page clicking to commit caused the page to reload and ask for credit card access number from the back of the card. After entering properly once I was annoyed but did it to finish and when that occurred their website changed teh date of our reservation! Needed a room that night in Toronto not 2 weeks later! Went to same hotel, complained, paid again for the room and called expedia & creidt card company and got NOTHING! but a big fat "we can't help you". Next morning hotel owner was in & I spoke with him. He called expedia and also got a big fat NOTHING! He tried again a couple days later and still nothing! Expedia takes no responsibility for THEIR OWN SOFTWARE GLITCHES ! After a week of not replies I called the hotel owner and ask him if he would just change our reservation for the following month when we needed it again. Fortunately he did that for us. We were lucky. I will never use them again! Bet many others were not so lucky.
