I have a question? Who charged your credit card for the tickets? Did you get two charges?...one for the service fee (from Expedia) and one for the actual tickets (from Varig)? Sometimes when you purchase airline tickets from one of these travel sites, the airline charges you directly for the flights. If this is the case, you should try calling Varig directly for the refund......since they charged you directly.
