Explore Skin Care Products and Skin Care Philosophy Envisage Skin Care International Charged for a "free sample" shipping on day one with a full product charge 21 days after the original order. They did not write or claim on the internet that is was a recurring subscription that had to be paid for and you had to cancel after 14 days Fountain Valley California
Internet skincare for Envisage Products, Iius (serum) and Krasa (cream). The website stated a free sample with shipping only. There were no overt claims for charging for the full product price after 21 days, nor a stated price for the product itself. Charged $109 and $103, respectively, through two different websites. Shipping came from outside the USA so cross border fees were charged. You can buy both of these products through Amazon for $99 bundled together - not the $212 charged for the "free sample". Customer service had a "British accent" for the recording and an "India accent" for the actual contact. They did not care and did not offer to refund a fraction of the price if you returned the product. Very unethical and very frustrating.
