express auo sells used vehicles at about 7000 dollars over the blue book value. What they do is sell the vehicle at around 15000 and charge about 120 per week without full coverage and about 99 with full coverage. They service the vehicle under warranty fixing just about everything machanical charging a one hundred dollar deductible. when they make their profit they total the vehicle and try to sell you another on at full price again. They use their own machanics.
