i bought a car from the same dealership, they never advertise $500 down payment , minimum down payment is $1500, i make my payment on time and so far no problemes with the finance company, if you was making your payment on time this would not happen, if you do not make yor appartment rent payment on time what you thing the owner going to do, the finance company is does an excellent customer servive. no bank or finance company will repo client car if they are on time, if you been finance by subprime lender that mean you already ripoff the others.

First off the only reason i shopped with this company is cause i just had moved to Cali. I walked past this place every day on my way to work they had car that looked nice and the had a big a*s Sign that say just 500 down. It was my first time buying a car and with that kinda down payment i could have went anywhere so please came at me with more respect you know nothing about me. Pluse these crooks told me i was dealing with a bank yea the same one I later find out they owned. The payment was due the 4/18 I sent in a check on the 4/16 they say they never got the check on 4/19 i took them the money order witch is just as good as cash money.

You fully admit YOU were late on a payment. Because YOU were late on a payment, YOU turned "on" the collections effort which in this case was a repo. If YOU weren't late on that payment, YOU would not have been repo'ed! Further more, this is a SUBPRIME dealership. YOU wouldn't be with a SUBPRIME dealership if YOU wouldn't have shafted other lenders prior to this. Here we are today, same old story, YOU fail to make these payments on time! Its all about YOU!
No, I don't work for them.
