This company need to be shut down. This Company is one of the worst car companies in California. I have taken them to small claims court for selling me a 2001 Mustang the car was (TMU) True Miles Unknown. When a car is (TMU) that mean it's not even worth $1000 because they don't know the true miles on the car which determines the amount you pay for the car. I was charged $8999. They added all kinds of fees on to the deal and fake car insurance. After taking them to small claims I was offered another car same equal value, $1500 down, and 2 year bumper to bumper warranty.

I was one day late on the first payment took them a money order and the refused it. I left to go get cash as I was inside of the Bank they followed me and Repo the car. They then told me to get it back I would have to pay the total balance. They are very crooks. I only was offered those things in court because I the had drawn up a lot of paper work I never received and I had a witness. NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM. They lied saying they get there cars from the bank they get the cars from a car auction. WARNING: This company go by Best Quality Ent., Payless Repo Auto, and Express Finance. Ray is the owner and he owns all of the names they go under (both finance company and dealership)

i bought a car from the same dealership, they never advertise $500 down payment ,  minimum down payment is $1500, i make my payment on time and so far no problemes with the finance company, if you was making your payment on time this would not happen, if you do not make yor appartment rent payment on time what you thing the owner going to do, the finance company is does an excellent customer servive. no bank or finance company will repo client car if they are on time, if you been finance by subprime lender that mean you already ripoff the others.

First off the only reason i shopped with this company is cause i just had moved to Cali. I walked past this place every day on my way to work they had car that looked nice and the had a big a*s Sign that say just 500 down. It was my first time buying a car and with that kinda down payment i could have went anywhere so please came at me with more respect you know nothing about me. Pluse these crooks told me i was dealing with a bank  yea the same one I later find out they owned. The payment was due the 4/18 I sent in a check on the 4/16 they say they never got the check on 4/19 i took them the money order witch is just as good as cash money.

You fully admit YOU were late on a payment.  Because YOU were late on a payment, YOU turned "on" the collections effort which in this case was a repo.  If YOU weren't late on that payment, YOU would not have been repo'ed!  Further more, this is a SUBPRIME dealership.  YOU wouldn't be with a SUBPRIME dealership if YOU wouldn't have shafted other lenders prior to this.  Here we are today, same old story, YOU fail to make these payments on time!  Its all about YOU!

No, I don't work for them.
