EHS mgr. is a smooth talker. I should know. I have heard from this company's mgt. before when trying to rectify a problem. They can say what they want so eloquently. The fact is they really do not care about anything aside from separating the consumer from their money. Just look at all of the complaints submitted here and on the bbb website.

This is Henry Jaffe of Express Home Services, LLC. This posting is the most absurd thing I have ever seen in my entire life. Why in the world would I send a message of this nature? I work for the company, and am very proud to announce that! I have been in the business world for many years and have worked for numerous different organizations. Express Home Services, LLC is by far the most professional and customer service oriented company I have ever been affiliated with. To see things written such as this simply makes me shake my head. In my years here I have never once heard on an instance where service was denied to customer. I have no idea what kind of experience this "Delores" has had, but I'll tell you what... Delores, if you have any sort of problem simply speak up and it would be my pleasure to take care of it for you. I extend this curtsey to you or to any other customer of Express Home Services. I say this not because there is a posting on the internet, but because that is what we do day in and day out. I have spent the last 5 years of my life coming into work every day helping customers improve and redecorate in most cases, the single most valuable possession in their lives: their HOMES! It is extremely gratifying and rewarding. I only hope that anyone reading this posting does not allow this cowardly individual whom has nothing better to do with her time than post false & malicious reviews on websites to damage the reputation of an upstanding company such as Express Home Services or hardworking individual such as myself.
