External-Solutions ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam New Brunswick New Jersey
I ordered a CDRW from this company. I ordered a 24x10x32 USB 2.0 CD-RW. I received a CDRW.....24x10x40. I had problems getting my computer to run it so I took it to a computer shop that informed me that it was no good...
so I contacted the company and got a tracking number to return it. It cost $30 for the computer shop to tell me it was no good and over $12 to return it for a replacement.
We did not have the original bubble wrap so my husband got some at work and we taped it tight on the CD-RW. A week or two later my new CD-RW came in......it was the same defective one with different soft ware!!!!
I still can not get this to work and I can not get to the company's web site.
I paid a total of $176.87 for this CD-RW. It does not even have a serial number on it or a brand name. Nor does it work.
I have been taken and want to let anyone who is thinking of ordering from this company to think again.
I do not have a phone number for this company. I did have an email address but lost it. It did not matter for they did not answer the emails I sent.
I called several times...although I have lost the number. I got hold of a person one time and he is the one that told me to return it for a replacement.
After that I got a message that they were out of the office and would not be back for a week.
