I just want to update on this matter for anyone looking to do business with Extreme Motor Sales. As of last comment we have not received our order or any word on upgrade to our order like Tina Wilson states in her rebuttle on January 10, 2006. It wasn't until January 18, 2006 that we did receive an email from Tina Wilson. In this email she states her office has experienced some problems with a water pipe brake. With this she says she had to work out of a satalite office. She also says she promises she is working on our order. To me this is yet another excuse. With our daily emails regarding our order we never received a response until eight days later, January 26, 2006, in this email she has yet another excuse. This one is to say that her credit card company is holding her 40k for 30 day now and she has no access to it. Also she says that her supplier has stolen 100k from her and she is now in a law suit with them. So to that she say she has been waiting for that to fill our order. More excuses from Tina Wilson. I feel that it is not our problem and we should not have to wait or lose out because of her problems. I know that all this can be settled easily if she would just refund our money, or replace items we had ordered with others items equal to what she owes us now. In an email my wife had suggested this. She had agreed to this and said she does have several items in stock to do this. She told us in this email this matter would be resolved the following day, being January 27, 2006. We have heard nothing back from her since. I have since found them on www.onlineauction.com selling some of their products, expressing items in stock and ready to ship. She may be on other auctions selling her items. So to that I wonder how it is that she can be online and offer some of her items for sale but she can not ship our order or refund our money. I can only think that those that do decide to order from Extreme Motor Sales will get ripped off and their money taken from them as it has been done to us. To date Tina Wilson owner of Extreme Motor Sales still owes us $7,920.00. All this can be over with if Tina would just refund our money or send our order now. We will continue to send emails and make phone calls regarding our order. We are also keeping a detailed log of every email sent and received, keeping copies of everything. I think we have given Tina Wilson and her business every opportunity to fill our order but it seems to me that they do not care how their business looks to the world and they are just comfortable with steeling money from their customers.

Sure you are apologizing for this but I have been apologized to for three months now. You keep telling me my order will ship out tomorrow, this for three month is what I have heard. You stated on the internet you would not have any holiday delay. You said you would be fully stocked to avoid this, SO what is up with that? I still haven't received my complete order. I haven't heard from you since Jan.4,2006 when you stated my order would be shipped out the next day. It is here now Jan. 10, 2006 and no order, no emails, no phone calls, no tracking information. NOTHING........you are doing what you have been doing for three months. No you haven't stole my money, YET. (I still have yet to see my full order) But you sure have hurt my business and that is money lost to me. That is a big invonvenience to me! UPGRADED FOR FREE....this is news to me!!! You have never told me of this, you have never offered any compensation for all this trouble. I just hear broken promises from you, AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY FULL ORDER. Your business practices are in question here and no one should have to go through all that we have gone through with you. How do you expect to stay in business treating your customers like this? I still haven't received my full order and I can only guess I will continue to hear from you "TOMORROW IT WILL SHIP" or I may be waiting another three months.

Hello; I wanted to take a moment to respond to this complaint. While valid because of the time delay, we have not stolen any of your money. I have been in contact with your wife via eMail regarding this and have provided all tracking numbers. Yes, there were delays with the holidays and for this I apologize but we are not thieves by any means. You have also been upgraded for free on a few items for items not in stock.
