I had signed up for some money making program called "instant payday club" and paid $19.99 + 4.95 for S&h, but never received anything in return. The website claimed a "90 day money-back guarantee", however this proved to be false after 8 months of trying to get my money back, with no success.
Mark Allen is the person who is responsible for this website and Tamara Allen (his wife) is the one who accepted my payment to her account through PayPal.

The name, address, and phone number was originally written at the bottom of the website, but they have since changed the appearance and information of the whole site.
I have written letters, sent e-mails, and even called and spoke to Mrs. and Mr. Mark Allen, but they refused to take responsibility for ripping me off.
