Fairbank Capital Corp. outlandish ripoff late fees, slow or no prossessing of disputes, and tricked and lied to us Jacksonville Florida
Fairbanks Capital Corp. has failed to respond within 48 hours to a prepayment penaly dispute. It has been over a week. Attempts to contact the company are useless. Customer service at the executive level is non-existent. Further, we have sent our mortgage payment via FedEx three times so payments would be timely. All three times we incurred late fees because the account was not credited promptly. It's a scheme to charge exorbitant late fees.
