Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My husband had back surgery in December and we fell behind in payment. We set up a plan to try to keep us from losing our home.We couldn't figure out why it was for so much more than we actually owed and to find out we were paying attorney fees that we didn't even know anything about until I questioned the company.

We paid the first payment and then we had trouble getting my husband's disability started so we missed the second payment.During this time we became more in default.Luckily I found this website and stared a little investigation of my own.I found out that I was never in forclosure as they claimed because I was never served with papers.I was never sent any papers signed by anyone to let me know that I was even in a situation where I may be in forclosure.

All these papers have to be signed by someone representing Fairbanks Capitol.I could never get a street address until I let them know that I have contacted the attorney general. When I let them know that they never said another word about the attorney fees and I got a street address.I also told them I would be mailing them my payment for 3 months certified letter with return reciept and they accepted that.Usually I have to send it western union, not this time.

I still have not found out how much my insurance is that they have attached to my monthly mortgage but I will.I have filled out a claim form from the consumer affairs and I have contacted my attorney general and I have put them on notice that I am not as dumb as they think I am. I have not finished yet.I know that I have to pay someone for my mortgage but after all of this I hope that I am able to put them out of business with the help from all of you.I would rather the state have my mortgage.

I have the will power to follow this through.I have butted heads with the insurance companies and prevailed and I have intentions to prevail in this.Hang in there and I think we will be OK.
