Fairbanks Corporation Our Nightmare from Hell Salt Lake City Utah
Failrbansk took over our mortage for Equicredit in April 2002. we made all of aour payument, then the next thing, we recieve a letter saying that they were about to sell our house. We have juast reestablished our credit aftera previous chapte 13, now er are consiudering soing it again in order to save our house.
No one at Failrbanks will talk to us, and they can not expaion where our payment are, even thought we have reciepts. Also the payment hisory they sent is a cross word puzzle of monbo jombo.
Some one pleae help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Richard, Hang in there! Call the La. State Attorney's office and file a complaint. They cannot help save your home but the more on record the better. I have filed a lawsuit in E. Feleciana against this nonsense. Call Channel 2 "News on your side", and Channel 9 (they have BOTH heard from me many times. They have yet to run a story but the more they get calling them the better. There are many,many people in La. and especially in Baton Rouge who have been victimized. The problem that I am running into in getting it to the public is no one will step up and refuse to take it. Probably due to being scared and not realizing that it may not be their fault (as this company is real slick) Please, talk to every news station, write and call Governer Foster, write the advocate, etc. ANYTHING to get someones attention. My foreclosure is stopped (for now) but I am not taking any chances. Help me help the victims in our State. Take a stand! Do not give up!
