Family Marketing Usa Save Cash on Gas My As* ripoff Sherman Oaks California
My Name is Denise. I took bought into this so called save cash on gas for 299.00 back in 2/24/07. This is where you sell gas certificates to others for a profit. Each book is to cost me 10.00 and i could sell it for 25.00 each.
I even got samples of the actual card and the certificates. The gas card worked perfectly fine, so i was happy and excited that i would actually finally make some legitimate money this time after trying for many years with little or no sucess.
I was then sent information on how to save even more on these 10.00 cards by buy into this 1.00 club where once a memebr you can buy this books for a 1.00 each and not 10.00. Memebership was 1999.00. Of which i paid 1696.00 because i was able to discount my initial fee of 299.00.
I sent for this memebership in 4/11/07. Two weeks later i had not gotton my order and was able to stop payment on the check. I stopped payment on the check because it was difficult for me to contact them. I was told that everthing was fine and they put to rest any fear that they might be fly by night which i suspected.
So, like dummy i reissued the check on 4/16/07. one month went by with no order fufilled. I was suspicious, so i called again . i was not able to get a hold of them right away it took another week. And there lines appeared to be busy or voice mail full.
WHen I did finally get a hold of them, They said the books were backordered and i would be reciveing it in may. I still didnt get anything by that time. So i called again. it took another few days to get a hold of them again. When i finally did they said i will get my package 10 days after 06/19/07. On the 29th of june. I sent an angry letter on that day certified mail.
I went away on vacation for a week just knowing by little green card the post office gives you will be home waiting for me. it was not. so i went to the post office inquiring what happened to the mail i sent. they said on saturday july 7 2007 they left notice that they have certified mail waiting for them. they have not picked it up yet and there voice mail is always full!
i am very upset because i feel that i have been taken for a ride and i can't afford to waste or lose $1696.00. All i wanted was to make a little money honestly and fairly and this company took advantage of that.
they are dishonest and unscrupulous. Do not do business with these people
