family tmobile lied to was charged 101.86 was not under contract and still send us a bill when we were buying pay card every month how can they charge you when your not on contract it was suppose to be pay as you go el dorado hills, California
when we got our phone at walmart we bought a sims card and a paycard for 45.00 and then had our phone activated well every month we would buy a pay as you go card every month well we decided that it wasnt the phone for us and so we let the phone go well at this point a month had pass and then were getting a bill for 101.86 when had called about this bill they told us we were under a contract now how can they put you under a contract with out signing any papers we never agreed to anything now there wanting to put it in the credit report how do i stop this from messing with my credit please help clueless on this matter
